Salon policies

  •  A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. 
  • Take down services does not included small braids of any sort.
  • Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute grace period before you are listed as a no-show and you will be charged the full balance In which the appointment can not be reinstated.
  • If your hair is not detangled you will be charged a $40 upcharge per hour based on how long it takes to detangle the hair.
  • Sunday appointments are an automatic upcharge of $50.
  • The balance can be paid with credit/debit or cash.
  • Silk press maintenance please avoid direct water and steam as much as possible on the hair
  • Braiding styles, please remember to moisturize daily
  • Come in for bi-weekly services for the best results.
