A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
In the case that you can not make it to your appointment due to an unexpected emergency, your deposit can be used as a credit for future services once approved by the stylist.
Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute grace period before you are listed as a no-show and you will be charged the full balance In which the appointment can not be reinstated.
If your hair is not detangled you will be charged a $40 upcharge per hour based on how long it takes to detangle the hair.
Sunday appointments are an automatic upcharge of $50
The balance can be paid with credit/debit or cash.
Silk press maintenance please avoid direct water and steam as much as possible on the hair
Braiding styles, please remember to moisturize daily
Come in for bi-weekly services for the best results.
